Location:
Take 89-North exit from Interstate 80 in Truckee, travel north 2 miles to Alder Creek Road, turn left, travel 3 miles further to the campground. (If you’re pulling an RV, DON’T take Northwoods Boulevard into Tahoe Donner; it’s a 10 percent grade that you can avoid by taking the route described above).
